EVENT RULES

• Tickets not used on the scheduled date and time are invalid, and refunds and/or changes to the ticket price and service fees are not possible. Refunds for tickets not used on the scheduled date and time cannot be requested from Cihangir Atölye Sahnesi.

• If your ticket cannot be used for any reason other than force majeure or event cancellation, we kindly request that you contact the platform from which you purchased your ticket at least 48 hours after the event time; otherwise, the ticket cancellation process cannot be completed.

• By purchasing tickets, you agree to abide by the age restrictions applicable to that event. For age restrictions, identification will be required at the event venue for tickets purchased.

• If a discounted ticket is defined for the event and a ticket is purchased using the discounted ticket option, the "user" acknowledges and agrees to abide by this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, identification must be presented at the event entrance.

• To purchase an ACTIVE CAS STUDENT TICKET, you must currently be a student in one of the Cihangir Atölye Sahnesi workshops. If you have taken a break from your studies but have applied for the next workshop, you will be considered an active student.

• Please do not insist on entering the hall if you are late for the event. As a matter of principle, latecomers are not allowed in, and due to the architectural structure of our hall, it is technically impossible for latecomers to enter.
